INDUSTRIAL, ELECTRIC, MECHANICAL SYSTEMS

The Società Termo Pegam was founded in Montepulciano in 1970. It began as a de facto company in the heating and plumbing sector and carried out civil habitation works for individuals and businesses. In 1976 it was assigned the first of its industrial contracts at a major textile factory.
Works included: high-pressure steam systems, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, fire prevention and compressed air.
In 1978-1979 the company became a general partnership, consolidating its structure and organization with the inclusion of new partners and enlarging its staff through enrolment in the National Construction Registry, which allowed it to carry out works in the public sector as well.

In the years that followed the company was assigned a number of important contracts, such as: installation of radiant strip heating in various train stations; systems for large living complexes from single lot to complexes with 150-300 apartments; other civil and industrial installations at various sites in Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio and Lombardy; an industrial intervention in the Republic of Malta (construction facility for maturation of manufactured products in reinforced cement with high pressure steam) at General Precast's new factory in Valletta.
In 1994 the Società Pegam s.r.l. (a limited company) was formed. It was assigned all the industrial contracts.

Central heating, air conditioning, treatment and distribution of conditioned air, hydro, sanitary, drainage and water treatment systems, fire prevention systems with hydrants or extinguishers, fire prevention systems with wet or dry sprinklers, compressed air systems, vinification systems, adduction and distribution systems for special gases, irrigation systems, various technological systems, treatment of water for alimentary purposes, pumping systems for extracting water from artisan well, sewage pumping systems, remote control central heating, electrical wiring systems, centralised remote control systems for water, copper and stainless steel chimney flues, aqueducts and similar, transport of special liquids, regulation plant for new alternative energy systems.
